Shipping and Handling
Someone will need to sign for the delivery so please supply a suitable delivery address.
All prices exclude delivery. We endeavour to ensure our delivery service is as cheap and efficient as possible. We aim for delivery within 3-5 working days via the most appropriate method.

£50 and above will be free
to England, Wales, N Ireland and most of Scotland. The following postcodes will be classified as the Highlands a surcharge will need to be applied
- IV - all postcodes
- KW 1-14
- PA34, PA37-39
- PH19-26, PH30-40, PH49-50
- PH41 sector 4
All other EU countries will have a £15 charge per item
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange are to be sent back in a new, undamaged and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts and a note of why they are being returned.
